Netflix has ordered up a new Spanish-language political drama called “Ingobernable”. The show is seeking Latino and Mexican looking men and women to play subway passengers in Mexico City. They are seeking people who are in their 30’s and 40’s. The shoot will film on Saturday. The call time will be in the late afternoon and it could possibly run overnight. This is paid work for the Netflix series. It is shooting in San Diego, California so San Diego locals are welcome to apply! This is a perfect way to gain some on set experience and work with a great cast and crew.
The new Original Netflix television series follows Irene Navarro. Netflix says, “In five terrifying minutes, Irene Navarro loses everything: her power, her husband, her children and her name. All that’s left is her will to fight back”. The series is set to star Kate del Castillo. According to Deadline, the series currently has an order for 20 episodes.
Casting directors are looking for non-union talent to work on the show. If this sounds like you, email vivSDcasting@gmail.com. Emails should include your name, phone number and current photos that include one close up and one full figure. They need to see what you currently look like so selfies and snapshots are perfectly acceptable. You should also include your height, weight, shirt size, dress/suit size, skirt/pant size, shoe size and your union status (whether you are SAG or non-union). They are only looking for talent who are local to the San Diego area so if you are not local to San Diego and its surrounding areas, please do not apply.
